Go to Flamingo Gardens on Memorial Day weekend to check out the popular KidzFest activities. This year the garden is teaming up with the Borowski Art Glass exhibit to bring Fables and Fairytales to the festival. Fables and Fairytales will showcase over 70 works of glass and metal art by Studio Borowski that are reminiscent of mythical creatures. The festival will also include games, crafts, special guided tours, entertainment, and more.

The town of Davie will hold its annual Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade on May 28. The parade starts at 10 a.m. and the ceremony starts immediately after.
On May 28, the Deerfield Beach community will gather at the Butler House for their Memorial Day Observance. Formal ceremonies begin at noon and include a flag folding ceremony and wreath ceremony. Afterward, The Hot Java Band will perform a free concert.
